1. Introduction

Welcome to Feida Solar Energy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • “Feida Solar Energy”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Feida Solar Energy (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.
  • “Customer”, “you”, or “your” means any person or entity that accesses our website or purchases our products or services.
  • “Products” refers to any solar energy systems, components, or accessories sold by us.

3. Use of Website

  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
  • You may not use this website to distribute any material which is defamatory, offensive, or violates any law or regulation.

4. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices listed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing and availability without notice.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received in full and a confirmation email is sent.

5. Payment

  • We accept payments via EFT, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
  • All transactions are processed securely and in compliance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
  • Please inspect all goods upon receipt and report any damages or shortages within 48 hours.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel an online order within 14days of receiving the goods, in accordance with ECTA.
  • Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Custom-built or installed products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 days after inspection of returned goods.

8. Warranty

  • Products carry a manufacturer’s warranty which may vary depending on the product.
  • Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
  • Feida Solar Energy does not cover damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or external factors (e.g., weather, pests, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Feida Solar Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
  • Your personal data is collected only for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
  • We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Feida Solar Energy or its licensors.
  • No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
