Refund & Returns Policy

Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Sale or promotional items are strictly non-refundable.
  • A 10% handling fee will apply to all goods that were correctly supplied and returned, as well as to goods returned after the 7-day period where Feida Solar Energy agrees to accept the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Batteries
  • Items purchased on special or promotion
  • Pre-cut cable

Return Process (Exchange or Refund)

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us via email at info@feidasolarenergy.com before returning any items.
  2. The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  3. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (Where Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Items show signs of use
  • Items are not returned in original packaging
  • Items are damaged
  • Items are returned outside the 7-day return window

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the return. Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt for processing. You will be notified via email once your return has been finalised.

Exceptions:
For defective or damaged items, please contact us directly to arrange a refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as posting delays can occur.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

  • All return and replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.
  • For items valued over R5000, we recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance. Feida Solar Energy cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Repairs

  • Feida Solar Energy does not carry out repairs directly.
  • We cannot be held liable for losses, damages, or delays resulting from manufacturer repair processes.
  • We will assist by lodging claims and placing customers in direct contact with the manufacturer for repairs or replacements.
  • All shipping costs to and from manufacturers are the client’s responsibility, unless the manufacturer provides free collection or delivery.
