1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and the purchase of products supplied by Feida Solar Energy (“FSE”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
1.2 By accessing the website, placing an order, or purchasing products, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must refrain from using the website or purchasing any products.

3. Products
3.1 All products offered for sale are supplied subject to availability and are described on the website as accurately as possible.
3.2 FSE reserves the right to modify product specifications, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch. FSE reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not received or is invalid.
4.3 Pricing errors, fraud, or stock unavailability may result in order cancellation at FSE’s discretion.
5. Order Processing
5.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
5.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Delivery is available within the Republic of South Africa only.
6.2 All deliveries are made via The Courier Guy.
6.3 Delivery occurs within 2–4 business days from dispatch, subject to courier and external conditions.
6.4 Shipping is free of charge unless otherwise indicated.
6.5 Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon successful delivery.
6.6 FSE shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier or circumstances beyond FSE’s reasonable control.
6.7 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete information are for the Customer’s account.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase.
7.2 Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
7.3 Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns; promotional or sale items are non-refundable.
7.4 A 20% handling fee applies to approved returns.
7.5 Non-returnable items include batteries, promotional items, and pre-cut cable.
7.6 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
7.7 Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
8. Exchanges
8.1 Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items, subject to manufacturer approval.
8.2 Proof of purchase is required for all exchange claims.
8.3 Replacement items may be new or refurbished, depending on manufacturer availability.
9. Warranty
9.1 Products are covered by manufacturer warranties only.
9.2 Warranty periods and terms vary by product and manufacturer.
9.3 Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use only.
9.4 Warranty does not cover damages arising from misuse, neglect, improper installation, acts of nature, or unauthorised modifications.
9.5 Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@feidasolarenergy.com with proof of purchase.
9.6 Shipping costs to and from the manufacturer for warranty claims are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise.
10. Repairs
10.1 FSE does not perform repairs unless authorised by the manufacturer.
10.2 FSE will facilitate communication between the Customer and the manufacturer regarding repair or replacement.
10.3 FSE shall not be liable for delays, costs, or damages resulting from manufacturer repair processes.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1 FSE collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
11.2 Personal information may include name, contact details, address, payment details, and order history.
11.3 FSE uses personal information for order processing, shipping, communication, marketing (where consented), and legal compliance.

12. Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 FSE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product.
13.2 Liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price of the product, except as otherwise provided by South African law.
14. Force Majeure
FSE shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, power outages, courier delays, or government actions.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
16. Amendments
FSE reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and take effect immediately upon publication.
