Shipping Coverage

Feida Solar Energy currently delivers within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are dispatched using The Courier Guy to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery nationwide.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and factors beyond our control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is free of charge on all orders within South Africa.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orderisk and Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
  • Feida Solar Energy will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs.
  • Missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted outside of these timeframes may not be accepted.

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, additional courier charges may apply.
  • Any additional costs incurred will be for the customer’s account.
