Order Cancellation Before Shipping
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the order is dispatched.

Order Cancellation After Shipping
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return under our Refund Policy.
- In such cases, the customer will be responsible for returning the item(s) in original condition, and a refund will be issued upon inspection.
Custom or Special Orders
- Customised or specially sourced items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and processed.
