2. Courier & Delivery Partner
All orders are shipped through The Courier Guy, our trusted logistics partner, known for their reliability and nationwide reach.
3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
- Processing Hours: Orders are processed during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00).
- Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed and fully paid by 2:00 PM (SAST) will be dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM (SAST), or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS for real-time delivery updates.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Order Handling Time – 1–2 Days (Mondays – Fridays)
- Transit Time – 3–4 Days (Mondays – Fridays)
- Total Delivery Time = 4 – 6 Days (Mondays – Fridays)
- Free Nationwide Shipping: Feida Solar Energy offers FREE shipping across South Africa, with no minimum purchase required.
5. Delivery Terms
- Deliveries are made to the physical address provided at checkout.
- P.O. Boxes: Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.
- A responsible recipient must be available to receive and sign for the order during delivery.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or absence of the recipient, re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to meet the stated delivery timelines, the following may cause delays:
- Extreme weather conditions.
- National or regional courier disruptions.
- Remote or inaccessible locations.
- Public holidays and peak trading seasons.
Feida Solar Energy will promptly communicate with customers if delays are expected.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
- Damaged Orders: Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged parcel by emailing info@feidasolarenergy.com with supporting photos.
- Lost Orders: In the event of loss during transit, Feida Solar Energy will work with The Courier Guy to locate the parcel or issue a replacement/refund.
- Partial Shipments: For large or custom orders, items may be shipped separately. Customers will be informed accordingly.
8. Compliance with South African Laws
This Shipping Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA) and other relevant South African legislation.
- Customers have the right to safe and timely delivery of purchased goods.
- If goods are not delivered within the agreed timeframe, Feida Solar Energy will comply with the remedies provided under the CPA, which may include refunds, replacements, or alternative arrangements.

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must:
- Provide accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.
- Be available or ensure someone is available to sign for the order.
- Notify Feida Solar Energy of any special delivery instructions before dispatch.
- Inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
