1. Accepted Payment Methods
Feida Solar Energy (Pty) Ltd currently accepts the following methods of payment:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – Our primary method of payment.
- Direct Bank Deposit – Customers may deposit payments directly into our business bank account.
- Credit/Debit Cards – Accepted both online and in-store (where available).
- Other Payment Arrangements – By prior agreement with management only.
All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).
2. Payment Terms
- Full Payment Before Delivery/Installation: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all products and services must be paid for in full before delivery, collection, or installation.
- Quotations & Invoices: All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Invoices must be settled within the payment terms indicated.
- Deposits: For large-scale solar projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due before installation is completed.
3. Late or Outstanding Payments
- Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at a rate permitted by South African law.
- Feida Solar Energy reserves the right to withhold delivery, installation, or warranty services until outstanding balances are settled.
4. Proof of Payment
Customers are required to email proof of payment to info@feidasolarenergy.com to avoid delays in order processing and scheduling of installation.
5. Security of Transactions
- All card transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
- Feida Solar Energy will never request sensitive banking details such as your PIN or online banking password.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is available on request or via our website.
